Alethea Paul made the move to Sheffield United ahead of the 2018/19 season, joining from FA WSL side Manchester City where she had just won the league and cup double in the club's successful youth team.
Thea, who was previously at Manchester United's Regional Talent Centre, made her senior debut at City as a 17-year-old before an injury set her back.
Capable of playing in midfield or as a full-back, Thea scored her first professional goal in United's 4-1 win against Aston Villa at Bramall Lane before a series of injuries affected her first season at the club.
She is now Sheffield United Women's longest serving player.
