All-round forward Billy Blacker started off his first season as a scholar in style, scoring twice vs Reading before a crucial late winner against Cat 1 side Leeds United in the Premier League Cup.

A long-term injury though ruled him out until the final few games but even before that he stepped up to make his Under 21s debut, grabbing an assist against Newcastle United and looks set for a big second year.
