Winger Lauren Thomas joined United in the summer of 2025 after a year in Barclays Women's Super League 1 with Everton.

Previously, Thomas enjoyed a lengthy association with Blackburn Rovers where she was a consistent performer in the second tier, her performances earning her a step up with the Toffees last summer.

A product of the Liverpool academy, Thomas made her top-level debut as a teenager before joining Rovers for regularly first team football in 2019.
