Young striker Joy Ralph joined United in the summer of 2025 for an undisclosed fee from League of Ireland side Shamrock Rovers.

The teenager enjoyed a fruitful couple of years at Shamrock, showing herself to be one of the most promising young forwards in the league, capped for the Republic of Ireland youth team at Under 19s level.

After breaking through at DLR Waves, Ralph scored on her league debut for both her clubs and now takes the first steps into professional football with the Blades.
