Centre-back Emma Taylor joined United in the summer of 2025 after a spell at Blackburn Rovers where she initially spent time as a youngster in the club's academy.

Taylor left to spend a couple of years at Manchester United as part of a successful Under 21s side and represented England at youth team level, before returning to Rovers two years ago in the summer of 2023.

Over the past two years, Taylor was a regular at the heart of Blackburn's defence, named the club's Player of the Year at the end of last season.
