Head coach Stephen Healy took over as first team head coach in January 2026 after a short spell at MK Dons.

Previously first team coach during the 2024/25 season at Barclays Women's Super League 1 side West Ham United, Healy previously spent 10 years in Leicester City's boys and international academy and has also worked for the likes of New York Red Bulls.

Healy is assisted by long-term assistant head coach Luke Turner who has served as interim head coach on several occasions and alongside goalkeeper coach Carl Kennedy make up a duo of coaches who have been part of the long-term Blades set up.

They are complemented by lead analyst Ben Lewis and analyst Mike Collings, performance coach Aaron O'Connor, Head of Physiotherapy Chris Hattersley and Physiotherapist Sean Bowskill, club doctor Anna Williams, and nutritionist Mollie Slinn.

Behind the scenes, Aaron Little serves as Head of Women's and Girls' Football since arriving in September 2023 after a spell at Women's Super League side Everton, bringing vital top-level experience to the day-to-day running of the women's set up.

Joined in 2024 by new First Team Operations Lead Lynsey Lockey, the pair make up a team off the pitch, including Safeguarding Lead Jayne Milne, Player Care Lead Sarah Taylor-Hunt and Marketing and Content Lead Lauren Sumner.
