Creative midfielder Sam Aston made the permanent step up to the Under 21s last season and made an instant impression, regularly creating goals for his teammates before a couple of injuries halted his season at various stages.

Aston returned to the team towards the end of last season to build momentum towards his second year as a permanent member of the Under 21s squad.
