Commanding centre-back Max Asante-Boakye is a fresh face to the Blades academy this season, joining on a professional deal after leaving Aston Villa.

Asante-Boakye trialled for United at the end of last season, featuring for both the Under 21s and Under 18s, impressing enough to earn a professional deal ahead of the 2025/26 season.
