Tricky wing-back Boyes has been a long-standing academy star for the Blades, impressing in the under 18s and becoming a key figure of the under 21s team to win a first Professional Development League title back in 2021.

Boyes has been out on several senior loans, notably helping Solihull Moors to the National League play-off final and last season stepped into the EFL with Fleetwood Town.
