New Zealand international Bindon was the first signing made by boss Rubén Sellés, who successfully worked with the young defender during their time together at Reading.

Bindon joined the Blades in July 2025, on a season-long loan from Nottingham Forest, having originally made the switch from Berkshire to the City Ground during the January transfer window, before returning to the Select Car Leasing Stadium to complete the 2024/25 campaign.
