United's first foray into the Bulgarian transfer market saw Nwachukwu join the club in February 2025 with the Blades paying Botev Plovdiv and undisclosed fee for his services which are secured until at least the summer of 2027.

An exciting wide player, Nwachukwu experienced European football during his time in Bulgaria and he'll be hoping to his mark under Rubén Sellés having featured during pre-season.
