Speaking after Monday's clash against Wolves, Chris Wilder says signing a striker before the transfer window shuts next month is a priority.

With Lys Mousset (toe) out for 'a while' following a minor operation on a rare ligament issue, the Blades knows reinforcing his options at the top of the pitch to 'compliment' what is already at his disposal is going to be crucial.

Sander Berge and David McGoldrick were only fit enough to feature as substitute against Wolves having picked up knocks whilst on international duty, but Wilder is now looking to 'ramp up training' to ensure his side find their best form as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, Wilder hopes Thursday's Carabao Cup tie at Burnley will see a number of players, including Oli Burke, get some much-needed minutes under their belts following a 'broken pre-season'.
