Jack Robinson says he felt pretty comfortable about making his Premier League debut for the Blades at Aston Villa in midweek.

The versatile defender, who made his top-flight debut as a 16-year-old for Liverpool back in May 2010, has revealed he had just over 24-hour notice that he would be deputising for the injured Jack O'Connell at Villa Park.

Robinson believes he will grow into the position should he get the opportunity, despite acknowledging playing in the top tier was a massive step up, having joined the Blades from Nottingham Forest in the January transfer window.

The 26-year-old admits it can feel 'weird' overlapping the wing-back, but it's something Robinson is now used to in United's 'different' system.
