Chris Wilder has hinted at a couple of changes to United's goalkeeping department upon the conclusion of the current campaign, following the arrival of Wes Foderingham on a three-year deal on Friday.

Speaking for the first time since it was confirmed the former Rangers stopper had joined the Blades on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract at Ibrox, Wilder says he worked closely with goalkeeping coach Darren Ward to secure the deal.

The decision to sign Foderingham given the circumstances represents a good bit of business in the eyes of the Blades boss, who added the free agent market will be key to United getting the maximum out of next season's budget.
