How to link your ticketing account to your Sheffield United account

To link your new Sheffield United Account to your previous ticketing account, you'll need to have your Customer Number and previous password at hand.

If you have not purchased tickets with us before you will need to create a new ticketing account.

You can find your Customer Number on:

  • Your Season Card or Membership card as shown below
  • Ticket confirmation emails from the club
  • Previous home match tickets
  • Renewal or direct debit letters from the club
