Chris Wilder is full of respect and admiration for the job Brendan Rodgers has done at the King Power Stadium.

Speaking ahead of the Blades trip down the M1 on Thursday evening, Wilder says he is under no illusions just how tough the clash will be against the Foxes, who he believes have an 'incredible target to fight for', despite winning just once since the Premier League restarted last month.

Meanwhile, the Blades boss has described Jamie Vardy's career as a 'magnificent effort' with Wilder believing the 33-year-old has 'proved people wrong' and 'fully justified' the £1 million transfer fee Leicester paid Fleetwood Town, a non-league record, for his services back in 2012.

Vardy is a 'serial goalscorer' in the eyes of the Blades boss, who still sees that 'drive and determination' in his game, labelling him as a 'incredible example' to young players.
