Megan Tinsley joins Sheffield United from Sheffield FC after the left-back was named the club's player of the year for the 2018/19 season.
The 21-year-old former England youth team player was a development player at the club when current Blades manager Carla Ward was captaining Sheffield FC in the old FA WSL 2, before she stepped up to the first team when the club lost their place in the division at the start of last season.
Tinsley scored her first senior goal for Sheffield FC in October last year and her performances were enough to be voted the club's player of the season, before joining Sheffield United in time for the new FA Women's Championship season.
During her younger days at Derby County, Tinsley played for England at Under 16 and 17 level, starting games alongside the likes of Georgia Stanway, Anna Patten and Sandy MacIver.
