Sheffield United Women are delighted to announce that Naomi Hartley and Leandra Little have signed new contracts ahead of the 2020/21 season.
The centre-back duo were a regular pairing at the heart of the Blades defence last season, starting 16 of the team's 21 games together.
Hartley initially joined the club on loan from Manchester United in March 2019 and impressively the 19-year-old is yet to miss a single minute of action in either league or cup competitions.
The run means the England under 19 captain has been a constant presence across 28 matches and now she will continue her progress with the Blades this season.
"I'm really happy to have signed a new contract for the upcoming season. I have loved every minute of the previous seasons and I hope for more of the same this season. I can't wait for the season to begin."
Experienced centre-back partner Little joined the club last season after a year with Liverpool in the FA Women's Super League.
After spells in the top division with Doncaster Rovers Belles and Lincoln City as well as the former champions, Little's quality and experience proved vital last season and she's looking forward to another season in red and white.
"I'm delighted to have extended my contract with the club! I'm excited for this next season with the squad. We have a great group of players who are determined to work hard together, with the aim of going one better than last season!"
