Sheffield United's Regional Talent Club is the Club's elite performance coaching organisation for female players. We are seeking to strengthen the coaching team for delivery of the 2019/20 programme.

This is an ideal opportunity to become involved in elite girls' football, working both at Sheffield United's Academy and Hillsborough College.

Reporting to the Technical Director of Football, the role will be to design, deliver and develop a physical performance programme for elite female players within the Regional Talent Club.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To lead the Strength & Conditioning & Fitness programme for all players within the Regional Talent Club.
  • To deliver Strength and Conditioning and Fitness sessions (three evening sessions a week) and other events where required by the Club

You must have a degree (or equivalent) in Sports Science, specialising in the physical preparation of elite football players.

Ideally you will already have experience in a similar role in girl's football or other Academy setting. FA First aid and Safeguarding certificates, together with a satisfactory DBS check, are also essential.

*Training sessions are normally Mondays 6pm-8pm, Tuesdays 6pm-9pm, Thursday 6pm-9pm.
