Nat Shaw

It is 10 years since Nat left for Doncaster Belles but United's new signing has made an immediate impact on her return with hat-tricks against both Birmingham and Steel City already. "Always happy to score but scoring a hat trick is even more special for the Blades. Everyone has made me feel welcome and it's as if I've never been away!" says the Blades-mad 27-year old.

Nat, from Norton, signed for United in the summer of 2006, scoring 10 goals in her 18 games in United's first season in the Midlands Combination. She also chipped in five goals for the reserves, winning their Combination Reserves league title in the last 10 minutes of the season. United's young starlets though had attracted many admirers and Nat, along with Amy Turner, became the first former United players to play in top flight women's football when they signed for Doncaster Belles in 2007.

After her time in Doncaster, Nat dropped down into the league United find themselves now signing for Rotherham United in search of more regular starts and was soon back among the goals. Club top scorer for the previous three seasons at Rotherham (2014 to 17) with 57 goals in 70 games.

Nat made the full circle return in the summer of 2017 by rejoining the Blades. She brings a wealth of top level experience to the team and has lost non of her ability nor her desire to win.
