When teenager Eve Marshall made her United debut coming on as substitute against Loughborough in August 2017 she became the first United player to do so born in the 21st century. Eve, however, hardly seems the baby of the squad due to her 6ft tall statue, mature attitude and performances so far.
Signed in the summer having graduated from the RTC Academy U16 team, she said: "I definitely improved a lot last year as it was the first year I had proper coaching and training sessions."
Sheffield-born student Eve had previously played for Worsbrough Bridge U15s as a central midfielder. Her development process saw her represent South Yorkshire U16s often as a central defender. United have already used her versatility, including up front as a target striker. A great asset to the United first team squad, Eve has settled in straight away.
