Josh Smith lost the majority of his first year as a professional to injury off the back of a superb season for the Under 18s where his numerous goals and assists helped the team to the National title in 2022.

Once he did return, Smith worked his way back into contention and bagged his first Under 21s goal in the final league game of the season at Ipswich Town, setting himself up nicely for the new campaign.
