Finley Potter's story with the Blades has been like few others. Progressing through the early age groups, Potter's scholarship started with a horrific injury which kept him out for over 18 months, not returning until early 2022 where he hit form straight away to help the Under 18s to the National title.

Following that, Potter earned an England Under 18s call-up and took up the Under 21s captaincy for United last season before going on to impress in a loan spell at Barnet towards the end of the season where he has returned for the upcoming campaign.
