A Blade through and through, Sharp has relished the responsibility of captaining his boyhood club since 2016.

He fired a record 30 goals as United won the League One title in his first season as skipper and unsurprisingly he hasn't stopped scoring goals since, bagging 24 during the promotion winning campaign of 2018/19.

In the top-flight, he netted his first Premier League goal at Bournemouth and last season contributed another impressive haul of 14 second tier strikes.
