New signing Max Lowe explained he is quickly adapting to the 'United way' after an impressive debut against Burnley in the Carabao Cup.
The former Derby ace excelled at Turf Moor as a much-changed United line-up put in an impressive display, despite Chris Wilder's side going out on penalties after a 1-1 draw in Lancashire.
David McGoldrick gave United the lead after four minutes from Lowe's cross, before Matej Vydra took the game to penalties where the Clarets advanced 5-4 in the shootout.
Lowe, one of five debutants, expressed his delight at pulling on a Blades jersey for the first time but also said it was a disappointment to be out of the cup after such a strong showing.
He went on to explain that he feels he is quickly adapting to the wing-back role, stating he has been assisted by team-mate Enda Stevens as strong competition continues to bring the best out of the United camp.
