David McGoldrick is convinced United will soon start climbing the Premier League table and insists nobody at the club will be pressing the panic button.

Speaking having scored United's first league goal of the campaign in defeat at Arsenal on Sunday, the experienced forward believes there will be an upturn in results following the forthcoming international break.

A sloppy spell, which saw the Gunners score two quick goals just after the hour proved decisive in the eyes of McGoldrick, despite a late rally from the visitors at the Emirates.

But with record signing Rhian Brewster to come into the reckoning in the coming weeks, McGoldrick is adamant the tide will turn and he is determined to lead by example when selected.
