Retail Opportunities in our new Meadowhall store - opening soon

We are looking to recruit experienced retail staff to join our team. We have multiple opportunities available from Retail Assistants right the way through to Assistant Manager. The following positions are available:

Casual Retail Assistants
This position is a Casual Contract meaning no obligation of hours on either side, this is perfect for people who cant commit to set fixed hours but want the opportunity to work and be part of a team. Reliability is a key factor in this position, we will work with our casual workforce to commit to providing a rota in advance.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist customers in making purchases of retail merchandise in a professional manner in order to maximise sales.

Salary: £8.21 per hour

Retail Assistants
12 month Fixed Term
These are full time positions which will require a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. Due to the opening hours of Meadowhall the days and hours of work may not be the same each week however we appreciate most people have busy lives so we will provide a rota in advance so our staff can plan their schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist customers in making purchases of retail merchandise in a professional manner in order to maximise sales.

Salary: £16,009.5 per annum

Retail Supervisor
12 month Fixed Term
We have two full time positions available (37.5 hours per week) and are looking for experienced retail individuals who are able to demonstrate when and how they have supported the Store Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the sales floor as well as supporting the Retail Assistants with any welfare or work needs.

Key responsibilities

  • To oversee the work of retail staff in a store environment by monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, and solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers where possible.

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Assistant Store Manager
12 month Fixed Term
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager who can take the lead on the overall operation in the absence of the Head of Retail who will be splitting their time between Meadowhall and Bramall Lane. This person must be able to demonstrate experience of being in a lead role and taking responsibility for the workforce.

Key responsibilities

  • To maximise profitable growth within the store and to ensure that financial targets are achieved.
  • Shape the retail store, attracting consumers to buy via astute, effective buying, merchandising and targeted marketing
  • To successfully build, manage and maintain a team of dedicated retail staff to ensure potential is achieved.
  • Shape the product offer, the visual merchandising and ensure the integrity of the club's image is maintained by high standards of customer service and operating procedures.

Salary: £20,000 per annum
