United's players left the warm weather training base near Valencia on Friday to return to the UK.
The Blades stayed at the Parador de El Saler and the next visitors to the complex are the Spanish national team ahead of their encounter with Norway in Valencia at the weekend.
Chris Wilder has been impressed with the facilities, the weather and the effort his team have put in during the time away.
He commented: "It has been a brilliant week, it is something different and the players have worked really hard. The organisation has been fabulous, we are 15-20 minutes away from Valencia, the hotel have been great to us and a measure of how good it is, is that the Spanish national team are staying here over the weekend.
"Every international break we don't let the lads just go away, we work hard through it, but this one we have worked harder. It is important we keep the hammer down because we have our eyes on the next game."
