Chris Wilder believes the Blades will face a dangerous opponent at Bramall Lane on Tuesday evening.

Speaking ahead of welcoming Brentford to S2, the Blades boss remarked: "We've got a tough game Tuesday night, Brentford are a team I rate very highly and their performances on the road have been much better than the results.

"They matched up a performance with a result at Middlesbrough on Saturday and they are a club with an identity and style.

"I really the manager (Thomas Frank), he's a good guy and they've got some really talented players."

Wilder added: "They came through a tough spell around the time we played them down there, but they stuck together and kept their principles and they are a good team.

"Whoever has to play Brentford between now the end od the season will have to play well and I wouldn't want to be going to Griffin Park now, because they are ripping it up.

"They will look at the table and see a cheeky outside bet for the top six. They've got the ability and the manager to be capable of winning enough matches to bridge the gap and it wouldn't surprise me if they do."
