Enda Stevens says United will 'enjoy' being part of the top-flight next term, following the release of the Premier League fixtures on Thursday morning.
Speaking after the fixture computer paired the Blades with a trip to the south coast first up, followed by home dates against Crystal Palace and Leicester City, the Republic of Ireland international was understandably upbeat about United's prospects.
He remarked: "It's a tough start, with an away trip to Bournemouth, but then you've got the excitement of two homes games back-to-back.
"We know we're coming up against some really good teams and some big clubs, who've been in the Premier League for a number of years.
"The manager at Bournemouth has taken the team and club a very long way and they've maintained their Premier League status for quiet a while, it's something we want to do ourselves."
Stevens continued: "We want to be a fixture in the Premier League and that's our aim. We're going to have a right go, we're going to enjoy the occasion and hopefully we can do enough to stay up.
"January is going to be interesting, but it is a headache you enjoy having. These trips will be great for us and we must enjoy them.
"Manchester United stands out for me personally, I'm looking forward to playing at Tottenham's new stadium too."
