Mark Duffy believes his time with the Blades has seen him play the best football of his career.

Speaking ahead of Saturday's home encounter against Millwall, the experienced midfielder feels he's developed and improved with age.

He remarked: "Undoubtedly I'm playing the best football of my career, I've played at this level previously, but usually with teams struggling at the wrong end of the table.

"But here, it's been nothing but success and progression really, right back to when I joined in League One, long my it continue.

"I used to be an out and out winger, who liked to get crosses into a box.

"Now I roam across the pitch and pick up balls in different areas and I'm enjoying my football now more than ever before."

Duffy added: "You always want to play but each game is different. Sometimes you don't play because of tactical reasons, sometimes you might not be playing well.

"But whatever the decision is you must accept it and not sulk about it, it's not about individuals, it's about the whole squad, the whole club really.

"Because if we get promoted it benefits everyone involved, so it's not about any one individual."
