Chris Wilder is confident all three players that have been away on international duty recently will be in contention to feature at Griffin Park on Good Friday.
Speaking ahead of the trip to the capital, the Blades boss remarked: "Enda (Stevens), Lee (Evans) and David (Brooks) should all be available for selection at Brentford on Friday.
"The travelling for Lee wasn't ideal, but we'd never stop these boys going and representing their countries, that's how far we've come.
"We had a conversation with Ryan Giggs and Rob Page, who I know very well, regarding David and it was agreed it'd be better going and getting 90 minutes for the U21s given his situation.
"If not he'd have been in the full squad and if he'd been a bit further down the line following his illness he would have gone to China."
Wilder added: "We worked three days last week and gave the players the chance to relax over the weekend, but we've trained hard during the time we've been in and we've got a half decent record when we've returned from breaks this season."
