Chris Wilder hopes to have Mark Duffy and Leon Clarke available for Tuesday's rearranged fixture against Burton Albion.

Speaking ahead of the fixture against Nigel Clough's Brewers, the Blades boss revealed both could feature.

He remarked: "Duffy is fit, which is good news and we're delighted to have him available.

"Leon will train on Monday, so we'll make a decision on the back of how he goes.

"We've got a few bumps and bruises like everyone else, so we'll just see how the lads are.

"We've had a tough schedule in recent weeks and we've got some tired bodies, but they have to recharge and go again."

And Wilder knows the next two home matches could have a big bearing on his side's hopes of claiming a play-off place.

The manager added: "I have certain things in my mind that we can do, whether we freshen things up or not back at Bramall Lane.

"It's good that we've got the ability to have the chance to pick the right team for what is the first of two very important home matches.

"It's a massive week for us and that starts Tuesday night. If we get two positive results then we'll be in a great position."
