Here is some good news for Blades fans travelling from Bramall Lane to away fixtures in the Sky Bet Championship in 2018/19.

Compared to last season, supporters will be doing 274 miles less, with the aggregate total for the 23 away games next term adding up to 4,639, compared to the 4,913 miles that would have been covered in watching Chris Wilder's side finish in tenth spot.

There are two additional derbies to look forward to following Rotherham's promotion back to the second tier, whilst there will still be a trip over the Welsh border, with relegated Swansea taking the place of promoted rivals Cardiff.

Wolves and Fulham have been replaced by West Brom and Stoke, whilst there will be two further trips to the north-west of the country to tackle promoted Wigan and Blackburn.
