Richard Stearman is looking forward to facing Italian giants Inter on Tuesday night.
Speaking after playing 90 minutes in Saturday's goal-less draw with Mansfield Town, the experienced defender commented: "It will be a great spectacle and it is brilliant that a club of Inter's stature are willing to come and play us.
"We possibly won't have the ball as much as we are used to but it will be a great experience for the lads to come up against world-class players."
Of Saturday's game, he said: "The manager was upset we didn't hit the standards we set ourselves, it wasn't as free-flowing as we usually are but it is a clean sheet, we remain unbeaten and their 'keeper has pulled of a few saves.
"We are bit disappointed, but we move on. We have worked hard on and off the pitch to be ready for the start of the season."
