Caolan Lavery is set to start at Ipswich in the third round of the Emirates FA Cup at Ipswich Town on Saturday and the former Tractor Boy is determined to make the most of his chance.
Speaking ahead of the clash at Portman Road, the striker, who is now fully over the facial injury he picked up against Derby County in August, remarked:
"It's a really big opportunity for me personally. Obviously, I've missed a large chunk of the season through injury and since found it difficult to break back in because the lads have been doing so well.
"Saturday will also be a big opportunity for some other lads too and we're really looking forward to it.
"It's disappointing to have missed so much football on a personal level, but we're in this together and I honestly couldn't have been happier for the lads."
Lavery added: "You never what's round the corner in football, things change quickly. It's an important time of the season for everyone, so let's just see how things go.
"We've got an opportunity to go to Ipswich and those that play could get 90 minutes under their belts and hopefully help the club progress to the next round."
