Chris Wilder expects to face the likes of Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez when United face Leicester City in the fifth round of the Emirates FA Cup on Friday night.
The Blades is sure the Foxes will be at full strength for the tie at the King Power Stadium, with the chance to win a trophy the driving force for all the remaining Premier League clubs.
He commented: "There is a trophy up for grabs for them, they are possibly safe from relegation and need an incredible run to qualify for Champions League given the teams above them.
"I would imagine they're trophy hunting and whatever XI they decide to play it will be a really good starting XI and for that matter 18."
And given Manchester City's dominance of the top-flight this season, Wilder believes the remainder will see the FA Cup as their best chance of silverware this term, sighting Tottenham as an example.
Wilder added: "I remember seeing the Tottenham's game at Newport and with Spurs chasing the game Kane ends up playing 90 minutes and scores late on.
"If teams are that concerned about rotating and resting then Harry Kane is nowhere near South Wales on a cold January evening.
"The top Premier League clubs want to put a trophy in the cabinet and whether it's Manchester City, Tottenham or Leicester they will all want to lift the FA Cup at Wembley."
