Chris Wilder is looking forward to facing a former team-mate on Friday evening, when the Blades welcome the Baggies to Bramall Lane.
Speaking ahead of facing former Bradford colleague Darren Moore for the first time as a manager, Wilder was in buoyant mood.
He commented: "It should be a great game and I've said to the players it will be a fantastic game to be involved in.
"Both clubs are going really well, Darren (Moore) has done a great job there, they've adjusted well and like us are probably slightly frustrated they've not got more points on the board.
"But he's got an outstanding group of players, especially at the top of the pitch and he's kept the squad together from the Premier League and being able to add to it."
Wilder continued: "I played with Darren at Bradford City, he's a great guy, a proper football man and a proper man's man. Alongside Graeme Jones, who has enjoyed success with Roberto Martinez at Swansea, Everton and internationally with Belgium, they make a great combination.
"They've got the tools to go back to the Premier League at the first attempt and I wouldn't bet against them.
"They will be eyeing up the top two with the players they've got, we're above them at present, but the key is lasting the pace and if we are above West Brom at the end of the season we won't be far off."
