Chris Wilder insists the Blades won't take a backwards step against Aston Villa on Saturday.
But the manager revealed on Thursday, that he has a couple of injury concerns, including striker Leon Clarke.
Looking ahead, the boss remarked: "We've got a couple of issues that we'll leave as late as possible.
"Leon is obviously one of those. He came off at half-time at Bolton which was precautionary and we're hopeful he'll be involved at the weekend."
Focusing on the game, Wilder added: "We're not going to change our approach and attitude, as we didn't last week at Bolton.
"It's always a difficult place for us to go given the similarities between the clubs in the last two or three seasons, but we played with freedom and got the right result.
"This is another great game to be involved in, we will welcome fantastic opposition to the Lane and we're really looking forward to it.
"The supporters have got a big role to play too, we want to go for it and we want to do so with their backing and we will need because we're facing a really good side and we will need everything to go our way."
