Kieron Freeman is happy to be back in the first-team, after enduring a difficult 2017/18 campaign.
The 26-year-old has started the last three games for the Blades in the absence of George Baldock and he is looking to make up for lost time, having only made 11 appearances last term owing to a serious knee injury.
Freeman remarked: "I'm enjoying my football again, having overcome a long-term injury.
"It was a new situation for me, I've never been out for that long before, but we've got great staff behind the scenes and I don't like saying it, but my rehabilitation was enjoyable.
"It was a freak injury, but these things can happen in football, but it could have been much worse and thankfully I'm over it now."
The popular wing-back added: "It was nice to get a different perspective, watching the boys do incredibly well and seeing us come so far so quickly having come up from League One, we competed well and harshly missed out on the play-offs.
"But I believe we're stronger now, we've improved the squad and we're a good prospects now having got a couple of wins."
