Chris Wilder heaped praise on his players following Saturday's impressive victory at Bolton.
Reflecting on the 3-0 win at the University of Bolton Stadium, courtesy of goals from Mark Duffy, Kieron Freeman and John Fleck, the Gaffer commented: "We're moving forward nicely.
"We've come here before so knew what to expect, it happened at times, so it was really important we started on the front foot and got the first goal.
"We should have scored after two minutes, then again a minute later, but to score early and then double it up midway through the half gave them a big problem and it was a good afternoon for us.
"The attitude of the team was excellent, when you come here, you have to run around and compete, drop on first and second balls and then that allows you to play."
Wilder added: "We play our way, they play theirs, but we had to make sure we dropped on the second balls and we did, we've scored a couple of great goals and their goalkeeper has made an unbelievable save from Flecky.
"It was a game we knew we'd have to turn up for, we have and we've got our rewards.
"We've got several good players who want to work hard and run around and they gel quickly, Ollie is certainly one of those.
"I'm delighted with the win but also the first clean sheet of the season, the boys wanted to defend and put their bodies on the line and Deano didn't have much to save."
