John Lundstram is looking to make the most of his time in Chris Wilder's starting XI, having impressed recently.
Speaking ahead of Saturday's Yorkshire derby at Barnsley, the midfielder remarked: "We're raring to go when it comes to a game, training has been spot on really and we've just kept working hard.
"I'm disappointed when I'm not playing but hopefully I've taken my chance in the last couple of games."
Lundstram added: "I was carrying a bit of an illness against Brentford, so wasn't as sharp as I'd want to be but I got through 50 odd minutes and I thought I did OK against Cardiff too.
"We feel like we've dropped four points in the last two games, but we remain positive and confident about what can happen."
