Chris Wilder believes his United team got what they deserved on Tuesday evening.

After a bad start, losing Jamal Blackman to injury in conceding the only goal of the fixture at QPR, United lost top spot with a defeat.

Speaking immediately after the game, boss Wilder commented: "We didn't deserve anything. We've been out fought and out battled. It was not a good performance from the start and we got what we deserved.

"We have had periods of the game but you have to capitalise. We were sloppy when we tried to open them up. Well done to Ian (Holloway) and QPR, they have done what we normally do to teams."
