Jamal Blackman believes he is improving with every game he plays and isn't surprised to see the Blades challenging at the top of the Championship.
Speaking ahead of Saturday's home clash against Ipswich Town, the Chelsea loanee remarked: "I've enjoyed working hard with the other goalkeepers and coach Darren (Ward) on the training ground and it's been great learning from them too.
"Obviously they have different strengths to me and it is all helping me become a better goalkeeper.
"We defend from the front and everyone wants to work hard for each other and win games of football, it's a good mindset to have."
The imposing goalkeeper added: "There is a fantastic spirit here and that has played a massive part in our success. We are a team, the staff here say that is the main ethic of the group.
"I came in late, but I knew this was a good side and I was looking forward to the opportunity.
"But after a few games I saw we had a very good squad and I'm not surprised at all at how well we're doing."
