Chris Wilder doesn't feel his side have been underestimated this season and insists the Blades early success is deserved and has been earnt.
Speaking ahead of Friday's trip to Leeds, the boss remarked: "The last three opponents have changed their shape, Forest, Ipswich and then Reading, on the back of beating Leeds all played three at the back.
"We've noticed it and maybe we might have to when we face certain teams. It's a backhanded compliment and shape, formations and tactics are a part of the game, but not the biggest part."
Wilder added: "I believe coaches and managers will now all about us because to manage at this level means you've had to do plenty right and one of those things isn't been arrogant about opposition.
"We respect each other regardless of league position and the make-up a manager means you have to acknowledge you will get found out if you're not at your best.
"Personally we as a coaching staff respectively our opponents strengthens and weaknesses and we ensure our players are exactly the same."
