Chris Wilder was honoured at the 25th LMA Annual Awards Dinner on Monday evening, picking up two awards.
The United chief was named Sky Bet League One Manager of the Year and also, along with Lincoln City's Danny Cowley, collected the LMA Special Achievement award.
The Sky Bet EFL Awards are voted by all the managers in their respective divisions who take into account which of their direct competitors has made the greatest use of the resources available to him in the current season. The LMA Special Achievement Award, sponsored by Prostate Cancer UK, is nominated by the LMA Board and is awarded for exception personal achievement during the current season.
Chris was also a winner at last year's LMA awards, collecting the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Year trophy for his efforts with Northampton Town.
LMA Chief Executive, Richard Bevan, said: "The LMA congratulates the six managers who received awards at the LMA Annual Awards Dinner.
"Following years of dedication to the profession of coaching, Danny Cowley, Paul Cook, Chris Wilder and Chris Hughton have been instrumental in the successful promotions of their respective clubs this season and fully deserve the recognition from their fellow managers. We wish them all the very best of luck as they prepare for next season in their new leagues."
