Sheffield United Football Club is looking for well-presented and articulate individuals with a passion for great customer service to sell our Matchday Programme on a casual basis.
You should ideally have some previous experience in face to face customer service and you should be able to work most Saturdays and occasional weekdays & Bank Holidays for 90 minutes throughout the football season.
You should be able to cope with the challenges of high peaks of workload and remain calm under pressure. You should also be punctual, reliable and may have handled cash transactions in the past.
