Chris Wilder says he will make changes to his side for Wednesday's Carabao Cup tie against Walsall at Bramall Lane.
But the Blades boss insists the Blades will remain focused and determined to progress to the second round of the competition.
Speaking ahead of the clash against the Saddlers, Wilder commented: "The only one missing is George Baldock, but he'll be back on the grass later this week so I'm delighted to have a near full complement of players available.
"Hanson and Evans aren't up to speed having missed a lot of pre-season, especially the games and Duffy hasn't had a great pre-season in terms of availability, but all of them of fit."
The Gaffer went on to explain why he plans to rotate, adding: "We've been clear in our message, we are going to change the team and give opportunities for players to play.
"Everyone recognises with how tough the Championship is and we need to give ourselves the best chance of getting a result on Saturday at Middlesbrough.
"There is an opportunity for the players not involved last Saturday to impress, including a couple of those coming back from injury.
"But I'll be clear, it doesn't mean we don't want to progress because we do, we want to have a winning mentality regardless of the game or opposition."
