Mark Duffy insists the Blades will 'have a go' at Leicester City in Tuesday's Carabao Cup second round clash.

Looking ahead to the encounter against the Foxes, Duffy remarked: "We want to win, we aren't here to make the numbers up and now we get the chance to have a go against Leicester in the cup, before another big game against Derby before the international break."

Reflecting back on the weekend success over Barnsley, the experienced performer added: "It's great to be back in the team. The lads have started well and Samir (Carruthers) certainly deserved the nod at the beginning of the season, but the important thing is picking up those wins.

"It's a long old season, we needed to strengthen and we have done. We've got three players who can play that 'number 10' role and I'm sure as the manager says regularly everyone will get a chance and be needed as things progress.

"We had a chat after the Cardiff game, the Gaffer says we're doing OK, but we want to be better than that just like he does."
