Mark Duffy felt the Blades were full value for their victory over neighbours Barnsley on Saturday.

Speaking in the aftermath of the success over the Tykes, Duffy remarked: "We started really well and put them under a lot of pressure. Their goalkeeper has made two or three really good saves, especially the one early on from Billy.

"But the Gaffer told us before the game to be relentless, to keep doing the right things, to keep the tempo high and we deservedly got our noses in front.

"We could have been two or three up at half-time, we were the dominant force. We could still be more clinical in the final third but we were much better."

The experienced performer added: "I don't normally praise individuals but I thought Jake (Wright) was outstanding at the other end and made a real difference, especially towards the end when we were having to put bodies on the line."
